Change is the one constant that each of us deals with every single day. How we communicate these changes, and how we respond to them, is perhaps even more important than the change itself.
When communicating with others about changes, be sure to think about relatability and how your message will be received. Consider your audience when delivering your message if you want that change to be bought into, and to achieve the positive impact you're trying to make. If you're the one receiving the message about change, try listening from the perspective of the person delivering the message to you.
