As we continue to move forward through this pandemic, we must remember that things are changing and will keep changing. Our levels of competence are more important than ever before. Changes are already taking shape for how we will do business and how we lead our employees after this is complete.
I recommend that in order to have the competence to be effective leaders for our employees and businesses when this is all said and done, we need to take the time to revisit our own personal foundation for leadership and how we run our business. And then, moving forward, we can build from our own foundation as we establish the level of competence we will need across the organization and make a difference when we re-enter the new environment in which we will find ourselves when this is all complete.
