Regardless of our role within an organization, be it HR, operations, finance, sales/marketing, we should all have the same primary initiative. At the end of the day, our initiative must focus on driving that business with a strong Return on Investment (ROI).
An example that comes to mind uses talent acquisition. In a nutshell, having a broader perspective, which goes beyond hiring to match a job description, directly contributes to the overall ROI for your business. Listen in as I explain further.
