Effectively identifying and bringing the very best individuals into your organization - those that are going to make the team more efficient, more productive, and deliver better results for the company overall - has to start with YOU.
For successful talent acquisition and/or leadership success, you need to get comfortable with who you are and where you are in your career, as well as understanding what your foundation is.
My advice is to get in touch with that foundation. Start by taking a good, long look at yourself in the mirror and decide if the image coming back to you is the one that you want to take your organization forward and build upon.
