Rick Frado is an accomplished talent leader with demonstrated skill meeting and delivering critical business requirements in both internal talent acquisition and external search scenarios. His experience encompasses companies ranging from pre-IPO start ups to the Fortune 50. Companies have included General Electric, Honeywell, Lockheed Martin, Motorola, Merck, KPMG, Johnson & Johnson, GTE Corp, Thomson Health Care, Qwest Communications, Frontier Communications and Informatica. While at Allied Signa, Rick gained recognition for recruiting high potential human resources talent for his division. He was asked to support the VPHR responsible for HR Recruitment for the entire company.

After twenty years of experience supporting aerospace/space, top tier management consulting, internet software, and communications companies, Rick changed his focus to corporate talent acquisition in pharmaceutical research, human clinical trials and medical communications space. His last corporate role was as HR Director for a boutique CRO specializing in oncology clinical trials.

Eight years ago Rick became a Retained Search Consultant and worked with two premier boutique retained search firms prior to joining Cnesta Group. As an entrepreneur earlier in his career Rick also started and led two successful staffing firms before turning his talents to talent acquisition. His breadth of experience brings significant value to this firm.

Rick attended Bridgewater State College where he earned a Bachelor’s in English and stared his career in teaching in Boston. He currently lives in Bucks County with his family.
